Hello and welcome to Boss Girls

My name is Stacey and I am a Business Coach and Fouder of Boss Girls Academy.  I began Boss Girls in 2019 after I was fed up working in retail, feeling overworked and underpaid.  I started a business and felt like a rabbit in the headlights. I had done courses, workshops which was great but as days/weeks went on I was lacking in accountability and the time to keep up with the constant changes in business from outside factors, to consumer behaviour, marketing- the list was endless. 

I was finding my business more of a hassle than an enjoyment and that didn't sit well with me, I wanted my business so I could work less and make more money, so I could enjoy life with my kids. 

It was then I had the realisation, how many other women felt like this?  This is when Boss Girls was born. I created a community first, then went on to develop our Business Academy to which women could have a consistent support in their business to ensure they are working for themselves and enjoying it rather than feeling like they are constantly chasing a to-do list.

In the last 4 years I have made loads of mistakes and had lot's of lessons, all of which brought me to developing the Boss Girls Blueprint which our members use as their guide in business. In our Blueprint I share the strategies I use that got me from working constantly, clock watching to payday to working less and earning 5x I was in my day job.

I work with women in business on a 1-1 basis or through our membership. We have so many doors we can open for you from our coaching, podcast and events.
